At Made Easy, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and services. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we want to make our refund process as fair and transparent as possible.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Courses or Programs:

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

    • The course must not be more than 20% completed.

    • No refund will be issued if course materials have been downloaded or shared.

  • Live Classes / Batches:

    • Refunds can be requested up to 24 hours before the first live session.

    • Once the live batch has started, no refund will be issued.

  • Subscription Plans:

    • You may cancel your subscription anytime, but refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@madeeasybd.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order ID / Transaction ID

  • Course or service purchased

  • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable resources (PDFs, eBooks, etc.)

  • Completed courses or classes

  • Certification fees

  • Promotional or discounted offers
